We all love long walks on the beach or bush walks through the forest but what we don’t love is dragging dust sand and dirt back into our caravan! 

We have designed these gorgeous step and floor mats for keeping the sand and dirt on the outside of the van rather then the inside. 

Super low profile, incredibly lightweight and positively pretty, these mats are sold as steps for an inset footwell and to go under the step with extra room for shoes aswell. 

The mats feel thin and lightweight, but with their rubber mesh outer, they capture lots of dirt from the day’s activities. Simply hose off with a bit of dish soap when you feel you need to. 

Sized to universally fit a broad majority of steps, the rounded corners make for a nice fit. They are durable and hard wearing and are just gorgeous. We love these especially when we are doing short stays so that we don’t have to unroll our big annexe mat. Also ideal for use in caravan parks that have concrete or ground cloth sites. 

These are sold only as sets and in two colourways, the peachy pink and the gorgeous teal, with our bespoke design style. 

Refund

Returns, exchanges and refund Policy

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return due to a fault with the received product. 

Please note: We do not accept returns if you have not done your due diligence in checking our product information and measurements.

Particularly the measurements for the bedding. If you place your order, we assume that you have ensured our bedding dimensions suitable for your bed.

We do not accept returns for change of mind, or exchanges for different colour choices. For hygiene reasons aswell as high shipping costs. You can be assured when shopping with us that every single product is new and unused.

 If your return is due to a fault or defect of the product before use, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon receiving and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / non-returnable items

As mentioned previously, we are unable to provide exchanges or refunds based on mismeasurement or change of mind, which is why we mention on each listing to be sure of your measurements before proceeding with the purchase. We also cannot guarantee the colour or design received will precisely match the listing, while all due care is taken to represent the colours and designs as accurately as possible, there may be small differences in colour tones etc. we do not use filters and aim to capture each product in natural light, overhead light and in low light to give you the best possible representation of the colours 

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.


Exchanges


If the product you receive has arrived damaged, or upon inspection is not up to standard, please reach out so we can remedy any issues and if appropriate, organise an exchange. We pride ourselves on the high quality of our products and want you to be 100% happy with your purchase. 

You will be offered the same or if out of stock an alternative bedding design to exchange for the faulty bedding. 


Refunds
After it has been arranged, we will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

Shipping

We aim to ship to you as soon as possible and always aim for same or next business day shipping. Due to our remote location we use regular post shipping services, not express for our orders.

If for some reason there is a delay on our behalf from getting an item shipped to you, we will contact you and let you know. Please note, we do not have the ability to know how long it will take you to receive your order, however most orders are received within a week
