Trips to the beach are never complete without dragging everything but the kitchen sink.

Our hooded quick dry poncho kids towels help with the juggle and struggle of full arms and bursting beach bags.

Comfortable and easy to put on and off for kids of all ages, these towels are microfibre, lightweight and an absolute life saver Post swim, shower or splash. 

These towels are sand resistant, offer great absorption and are so light they dry super quickly, even when just thrown over the caravan awning arm or on the back of the chair. 

Our kids use their poncho towels so much, even at home! 

We have just released our new prints for summer and this print is our beautiful Ellora, featuring purple tones and pretty florals 

With feedback from our last run of towels, we have tweaked the design slightly be a little smaller/shorter to include even the youngest of beach babes. 

Measuring 60cm from shoulder to hem, they feature a matching drawstring carry bag, sides sewn to 50cm on each side and a handy front pocket for storing shells and other beach finds! 

Our logo tag is secured on the front of the bay and also on the inside of the towel and they are incredibly compact and easy to store, we usually have an “outdoors” poncho and a shower poncho inside. 

These towels work for us because between swims they can be thrown over bathers while bike riding, walking back from the showers and being covered and the sewn sides mean that the wind won’t catch them and blow around, so little ones don’t have to struggle keeping it in place. 

These are a must have item for swim lessons, camping adventures and even just around the house. 

Refund

Returns, exchanges and refund Policy

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Please note: We do not accept returns if you have not done your due diligence in checking our product information and measurements.

Particularly the measurements for the bedding. If you place your order, we assume that you have ensured our bedding dimensions suitable for your bed.

We do not accept returns for change of mind, or exchanges for different colour choices.

 If your return is accepted and is due to a fault or defect of the product before use, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon receiving and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.


Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.


Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

Shipping

We aim to ship to you as soon as possible and always aim for same or next business day shipping. Due to our remote location we use regular post shipping services, not express for our orders.

If for some reason there is a delay on our behalf from getting an item shipped to you, we will contact you and let you know. Please note, we do not have the ability to know how long it will take you to receive your order, however most orders are received within a week
