As a family who enjoys all things van life, we find the general clean up is a lot easier then at home, BUT we also know the clothes washing doesn’t stop just because you’re holidaying. 

Clothes on the floor or in a bucket in an already small space is a huge inconvenience and adds to the clutter in your space. Cue the hanging laundry bag, easily fixed to your bathroom wall, back of the bathroom door, bedroom wall or shower door using fusion lock hooks, our laundry bag is a total game changer for keeping your space neat and organised.

These laundry bags are made out of high quality  linen with built-in hang loops and an easy opening for storing your clothes. If the bag itself gets dirty, simply chuck it in the load of washing with your clothes and it’s fresh and ready to go. 

 

The bag can simply be folded and stored when not in use, it’s extremely versatile being able to be carried into a laundromat, or to your in van washing machine, it can also be carried out to your clothes line.

Please note: The picture of the bag hanging with the towel with it is the previous colour we had stocked and is a little lighter then our new stock, we just wanted to still show how the bags function 

Dimensions: 75cm long x 50cm wide + the stitched hanging loops add 24cm to to overall length, when hung it is about 100cm long. 

Refund

Returns, exchanges and refund Policy

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Please note: We do not accept returns if you have not done your due diligence in checking our product information and measurements.

Particularly the measurements for the bedding. If you place your order, we assume that you have ensured our bedding dimensions suitable for your bed.

We do not accept returns for change of mind, or exchanges for different colour choices.

 If your return is accepted and is due to a fault or defect of the product before use, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon receiving and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.


Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.


Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

Shipping

We aim to ship to you as soon as possible and always aim for same or next business day shipping. Due to our remote location we use regular post shipping services, not express for our orders.

If for some reason there is a delay on our behalf from getting an item shipped to you, we will contact you and let you know. Please note, we do not have the ability to know how long it will take you to receive your order, however most orders are received within a week
