Since launching January 2022, we have always packed our orders with a little customer Thankyou gift of our branded air freshener and quickly received lots greatful messages and emails of how they could get their hands on more of them! 

Our air fresheners come in the “New car” scent and can be hung anywhere you desire

Not just for hanging on the car rear view mirror, these can be popped in the caravan bathroom, wardrobes, or anywhere you want to have a little extra freshness 


They are double sided with the same design and last for ages! If you have placed an order you can expect to receive one complimentary, but if you want to get your hands on extras, this is for you! 

Refund

Returns, exchanges and refund Policy

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return due to a fault with the received product. 

Please note: We do not accept returns if you have not done your due diligence in checking our product information and measurements.

Particularly the measurements for the bedding. If you place your order, we assume that you have ensured our bedding dimensions suitable for your bed.

We do not accept returns for change of mind, or exchanges for different colour choices. For hygiene reasons aswell as high shipping costs. You can be assured when shopping with us that every single product is new and unused.

 If your return is due to a fault or defect of the product before use, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon receiving and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / non-returnable items

As mentioned previously, we are unable to provide exchanges or refunds based on mismeasurement or change of mind, which is why we mention on each listing to be sure of your measurements before proceeding with the purchase. We also cannot guarantee the colour or design received will precisely match the listing, while all due care is taken to represent the colours and designs as accurately as possible, there may be small differences in colour tones etc. we do not use filters and aim to capture each product in natural light, overhead light and in low light to give you the best possible representation of the colours 

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.


Exchanges


If the product you receive has arrived damaged, or upon inspection is not up to standard, please reach out so we can remedy any issues and if appropriate, organise an exchange. We pride ourselves on the high quality of our products and want you to be 100% happy with your purchase. 

You will be offered the same or if out of stock an alternative bedding design to exchange for the faulty bedding. 


Refunds
After it has been arranged, we will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

Shipping

We aim to ship to you as soon as possible and always aim for the soonest possible. Please allow up to 3 business days for your order to be shipped.

Unfortunately due to rising shipping costs, we have had to increase the free shipping cap, now free shipping is available for orders $300 or above.

Express post upgrades are available if you would like your order prioritised and have it shipped in the first round of post runs 

If for some reason there is a delay on our behalf from getting an item shipped to you, we will contact you and let you know. Please note, we do not have the ability to know how long it will take you to receive your order, however most orders are received within a week of dispatch. There is an estimate provided by Australia post on most orders. 

We currently post nationwide across Australia and also New Zealand (international orders are charged at the freight estimate calculated at the time of placing your order and it’s intended destination.

While all care is taken to ensure pre orders are able to be dispatched in the anticipated time frame, sometimes there are logistics delays, we ask you to wait the fully estimated time frame before reaching out about your pre order status, as we promise we will be working very hard behind the scenes to have your orders out asap 🙌🏻
