Returns, exchanges and refund Policy
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return due to a fault with the received product.
Please note: We do not accept returns if you have not done your due diligence in checking our product information and measurements. Particularly the measurements for the bedding. If you place your order, we assume that you have ensured our bedding dimensions are suitable for your bed.
We do not accept returns for change of mind, or exchanges for different colour choices. For hygiene reasons aswell as high shipping costs. You can be assured when shopping with us that every single product is new and unused.

If your return is due to a fault or defect of the product before use, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Each return package requires a note added in the package, with your full name address and contact phone number
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon receiving and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
As mentioned previously, we are unable to provide exchanges or refunds based on mismeasurement or change of mind, which is why we mention on each listing to be sure of your measurements before proceeding with the purchase. We also cannot guarantee the colour or design received will precisely match the listing, while all due care is taken to represent the colours and designs as accurately as possible, there may be small differences in colour tones etc. we do not use filters and aim to capture each product in natural light, overhead light and in low light to give you the best possible representation of the colours
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Exchanges
If the product you receive has arrived damaged, or upon inspection is not up to standard, please reach out so we can remedy any issues and if appropriate, organize an exchange. We pride ourselves on the high quality of our products and want you to be 100% happy with your purchase.
You will be offered the same or if out of stock an alternative bedding design to exchange for the faulty bedding.
Refunds
After it has been arranged, we will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
Warranty & Quality Guarantee
At The Wanderlust Ones, we are incredibly proud of the quality of our products and stand behind everything we create.
All of our bedding and products are carefully designed and checked before leaving our warehouse. As many of our products are produced in small batches, slight variations in print placement, colour tones or finishing details may occasionally occur and are considered part of the unique nature and charm of our products.
If you believe your item has a manufacturing fault or issue, please contact us as soon as possible with your order number and clear photos so we can assess it and help find a solution.
Please Note:
- Our Products are not covered for normal wear and tear, accidental damage, misuse or incorrect washing/care
- Prolonged exposure to direct sunlight and heat inside caravans or homes may cause fading over time. We recommend avoiding leaving bedding in direct sun for extended periods, particularly in closed up vans during warmer weather
- Due to hygiene reasons, used bedding cannot be returned unless deemed faulty.
- Sale items are final sale and not eligible for return or exchange unless faulty.
